Completely normal. Nearly everyone joins solo, and within 10 minutes you’ll feel like you've been there forever (in a good way).
Trainers or football boots (both are fine), shinpads, comfy sportswear, water and a sense of humour.
Yes — we compete in the North Riding FA Women's Recreational Division. No pressure to take part unless you want to.

Each training session is £3 on a pay as you go basis.
